Set up to manage and market Kingston upon Thames Town Centre for all its customers and businesses, Kingstonfirst was the UK’s first Business Improvement District.

18 Design’s rebrand needed to be adaptable and relevant for all the company’s business-facing and consumer-facing activities. The completely new visual identity includes everything from a new logo in four colourways to annual reports, visitor guides, posters, event publicity, street banners, uniforms, e-newsletters, website and an app.
